When Miss Marple and Mr. Stringer are soliciting for their charity that benefits paroled convicts, they call on the home of wealthy Mr. Enderby. 其实在凶手出现的第二次（正式出场的那一次），我就猜到结局了。我以为会有精彩的分析，结果却草草了事，真令人失望。还好有一些喜剧元素在里面，优雅的英式喜剧。个人觉得这一版的马普尔小姐要是身材好一点、漂亮一点，结尾求婚的一幕就更有意义了，不然多少有点牵强。
