George Harvey Bone is a composer in early 20th century London, who is under stress because he is writing a piano concerto. Due to this stress, he gets black outs when ever he hears dissonances. When he finds himself after the black out in a different quarter of the town, he returns home, to read in the paper that somebody in that quarter was murdered. Asking help from a doctor at Scotland Yard he is assured that he has nothing to do with it, but he is advised to cut back in his work and get some……详情

3.5星，没什么悬疑，从一开始观众其实就已经知道了，只不过男主角自己不自知，这样的剧情安排是典型的黑色电影套路，不是让观众跟着破案而是让观众跟着男主角一起“堕入黑暗”。音乐和暹罗猫即是男主角的心理暗示又是推进剧情的重要媒介。ps克雷加最好的角色，达内尔的蛇蝎美女也令人刮目。。。
