这应该是爱登堡把95之前版本的纪录片剪辑出来的（？）配合标本和历史插画串起来拼成的杂烩，其实还挺不错，原来riflebird和parotia青春期会在求偶前先偷偷练习，甚至还会两只雄性轮流扮雌性互相彩排2333 新几内亚的生活自然条件太好了，没有了生活的负担，就只剩下极端颜控和追求高质量性生活的雌鸟了……才能诞生这么多奇葩，果然饱暖思淫欲，这种意义上来说确实是paradise...不过其中被带到卡...

少不了要介绍极乐鸟的求偶舞蹈，还有一部分是围绕极乐鸟的各色花边小史，比如几百年前的艺术家，对着残缺的标本疯狂脑补，精工绘制四不像，拿破仑的侄子将“红黄蓝”三色的极乐鸟命名为“人民共和”极乐鸟（国旗要改色吗）。一小部分是老爷子从黑白影像时代起就和这种凡尔赛之鸟结下的渊源，还能看见大极乐鸟向他求偶。
