对婚姻的厌倦，爱上他人追求他人，我可以这么做。但我的妻子不可以。还是挺讽刺的。将婚姻的床直接具象地比作形形色色地车辆，开走出车祸拉上别人看风景好眠，挺有想法的。

喜劇版的《穿越歐洲特快車》，艾泰進一步發展了此敘事技法，讓故事中的人物能夠跳出敘事者的言詞，並以此製造喜劇效果，更加了點布紐爾的幽默。雖說片中笑點鋪陳自然令人看了舒暢，但似乎在構圖上沒有他大地設計地那麼精巧有趣，因此總覺觀看時少了些什麼。轉念想，或許這是看艾泰電影的一個好開始。
